PLEASE NOTE: CUSTOM ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED unless defective. Please take a picture of the defect, email it to us and each return is considered on a case by case basis. Items cannot be returned for size issues so please order carefully.
ALL OTHER RETURNS:
Should you have a need to return an item, we will accept returns within 30 days from the day of receipt, ONLY on new, unopened, clean and resalable items. We will refund you for the item itself, minus the original shipping charges paid to the USPS, and any original handling charge (no more than $2USD). We will refund you using the same payment method you used to pay for your product, within 24 -48 hours of receiving your return during the business week. If the return is received on a weekend or holiday, we will issue the refund the next business day.
You will be responsible for the return shipping charge UNLESS we accidentally shipped you the wrong product. If that is the case, we will email you a prepaid postage label which you can use to return the product. As soon as we see that the return was mailed to us using the USPS tracking information on the label we email to you, we will ship you the correct product or refund your money if you request that instead.
Please make sure all items are shipped back in protective packaging so they arrive in new condition.
